
Pete Peterson
Pete has
over 23 years of martial arts training experience, which began with hand to
hand combat in the U.S. Marine Corps, and includes Karate,
Kickboxing, and Muay Thai, just to name a few. For 16 of
those years Pete has instructed multiple martial arts
systems and fitness classes and has built a reputation for being
an exciting instructor.
In 2008,
while opening the Urbandale gym, Pete realized the demand for a
program that everyone can do, at any level of fitness, which
doesn't get boring, and achieves great results! Pete
combined all of his knowledge in martial arts, cardio fitness,
weight training, and personal training and developed an
enjoyable fitness system that gets results like no other - High Intensity Training!

Richard Sherrod
Coach Sherrod is a National Champion, Master
Trainer, Official and Judge with the World Kettlebell Club, and
endorsed and certified by Russian World Champion and Honorary
Master of Sport Valery Fedorenko.
Coach Sherrod: I have coached all ages from 10 years old to
78!! Kettlebell lifting for fitness is for everyone who is
tired of the same old workout and wants to achieve real
functional fitness. If you want to improve your sport,
strength/endurance, cardiovascular endurance, work capacity, I
hear it all the time, "Nothing does it like kettlebells"! If
